The Leadership Round Table brings four senior leaders from different industries together for an open, facilitated conversation about the challenges they are solving and the ideas that are genuinely working. Each conversation is recorded and shared, so the learning reaches well beyond the room. The first tables meet in December 2026.
How the table works
A carefully curated conversation from start to finish
Steve Martin, an Enterprise Agile Coach, leadership trainer and author of Change Starts at the Very Top, hosts every table. His role is to create the conditions for an honest exchange between peers and to draw out the lessons other leaders can use.
We curate the table
Steve reads every registration personally and brings together four senior leaders whose experience and challenges complement each other, ideally from four different industries.
You receive a short briefing
Before the session you receive the theme, the opening questions and the ground rules, so you arrive prepared and know exactly what is open for discussion.
Steve facilitates the conversation
An open, structured conversation of 60 to 90 minutes. Steve keeps it moving, draws out the practical detail and makes sure every voice is heard.
The conversation is shared
The recording is edited with care and published on our YouTube channel, with short highlights shared on LinkedIn.
